Okan Aybar is currently registered with the CFTC and member of the NFA. He is principal of Anatolia Capital Global Investments Advisors LLC which is registered as Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA).

Mr. Aybar has over 30 years of trading experience. He worked as foreign exchange dealer, registered commodity futures and options broker, trader and risk manager at various institutions including ED & Man, Federal Home Loan Bank of New York and his own company Anatolia Capital Global Investments Advisors LLC.

He has been supplying macro-strategy reports as visiting economist for various brokers and banks, including Anadolu Bank, FinansInvest, a brokerage subsidiary of Qatar National Bank. He has also been contributing to Turkish Derivatives Exchange, now part of Borsa Istanbul, for development of public education materials and futures contract designs.

Mr. Aybar holds BA degree in Banking and Finance from Bilkent University (Turkey), MBA degree from Leicester University (UK), MS degree in investment management from Pace University (USA) and Phd. from Rennes School of Business (France). Due to his lifelong academic formation, he has been teaching finance as visiting scholar at Rennes School of Business, Coventry University, Bilgi University, and Bahçeşehir University. He collaborates with academics in producing and publishing research papers in the field of futures markets, inflation and monetary policy.

Amongst his outside interests, he likes flying airplanes for pleasure and windsurfs. He is involved in a variety of charity events, including flying orphan children, and fund-raisers for education of orphan children. In 2001, he acted as vice-president of Rotaract Club of New YorMonilrk at the United Nations.

Most of all, he is loving and devoted father of his dear son, Adnan Kaan, a self-taught soul.
